Our goal is to bring authentic flavors of the world from different food cultures straight to your table. My mission through the company is to bring no substitute but provide authentic spices and unparalleled flavor to you at reasonable prices year round. I am committed to provide you with premium quality products and the highest quality of service whether I am delivering a cake or catering a wedding. My purpose is to enable our customers to experience the world as a map of spices while dining.
My Focus in creating the company was on my customer. In times where we have major economic challenges, I want to provide the ability for you to have an affordable premium dining experience that is delicious without leaving your home or breaking the bank. That’s right, I can come to you as a personal chef and cook the food right in your own kitchen, provide a beautiful setting and ambiance serving an intimate international dinner for two on fine china or provide service in excellence by the plate for special events such as weddings, family reunions, anniversary dinners, baby showers, birthday parties, book signings, business meetings or your tailored special event. Passion for Great taste also has a delivery service where we provide food by the pan.

I am a wife and the mother of three. I‘ve worked in the health field as a nurse and traveled overseas in the Foreign Service. I have always had a deep passion for cooking which still exists today. The kitchen is where I find that I am most creative. I have taken cooking classes all over the world and have taught classes in cooking. As a world traveler, I have been exposed to many exotic herbs and spices, some of which I did not even know existed. I have learned new flavors such as the many different faces of curry, the lemony tasting keffir lime leaf and lemon grass, to galangal, a sibling of the well-known spice, ginger. It has truly been a journey for the senses and definitely for the palate. Globe trotting has allowed me to experience the real pleasures of eating fulfillment first hand, as well as providing me with a first rate cooking experience. Due to my passion for food and my abilities to distinguish different flavors, I mix and match many of the world’s spices. I have been provided with the opportunity to bring you a tangible version of my Passion for Great Taste.
